How Do e-Statements Work?
- Members will need to provide a valid e-mail address in order to sign up for e-statements.
- Members who sign up for e-statements will be notified via e-mail when their monthly statements become available. Although members will not receive a paper copy, they may print e-statments while viewing them online.
- Members will be able to view their cleared checks by clicking on the corresponding trace numbers on their e-statement.
NOTE: The trace numbers of checks cleared in-house will not have a link to an image. Members will need to contact their MidSouth FCU Office to secure a copy of checks cleared in-house. A small fee may apply for this request.
